Shamanic Cranio Long Weekend Retreat

For cranio sacral students and practitioners looking to deepen, connect, and slowing down.

A long weekend just for you!
A retreat from Thursday evening to Sunday morning, where — just like in the seminars — we effortlessly drop into the state of Quiet Mind together.
An opportunity to immerse yourself once again in the cranio-field, with space for your own process, deepening, exchange, and connection.

This retreat is open to anyone who has completed at least a basic craniosacral training at HeelSaam or elsewhere.

Program

Daily cranio sacral exchanges
Give and receive (multiple hands) sessions with like-minded participants in a safe, supportive space. Sharing, growing, and deepening together.

Shamanic ceremonies & trance-inducing drum journeys
Each day we’ll go on trance journeys guided by the drum — rituals from Native North American traditions. These ‘hunter’s rituals’ return you to your natural state of perception and open a deep connection with the energies of Earth and Cosmos.
They support you in sinking deeply into the Quiet & Clear Mind — the healing state of Being.

Rhythm, silence, and inner space
Slowing down. Surrendering. Listening.
Feel what it’s like to be present in the field of cranio and ceremony, with nothing to do — simply Being.

General Daily Schedule

Thursday Evening
– Arrival between 18:00 – 19:00 with a soup
– Opening ceremony and welcome circle

Friday to Sunday
– Optional morning yoga (or sleep in, walk, feel what resonates)
– Breakfast
– Drum journey + sharing circle
– Warm lunch
– Cranio exchange
– Free time
– Evening soup & bread

— Saturday evening: fire ritual
— Sunday morning: closing circle & farewell around 13:00

Location & Care

The retreat takes place at the beautiful venue Huize Eigen Wijze in Burgh-Haamstede — surrounded by nature, peace, and open space. Just a short walk from the beach.

You’ll stay 3 nights in a shared room.
We’ll lovingly take care of you with:
– 3x breakfast
– 2x warm lunch
– 2x evening soup & bread
– Sunday breakfast only
– Coffee, tea, and healthy snacks throughout the day

This retreat counts as additional training for those practicing cranio sacral — either in training or already working professionally.
Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate for 36 hours of additional training from the Peirsman Cranio Sacral Academy (PCSA).
